Event planning is not one size fits all. We are happy to help as little as or much as you see fit. Each tier of service is thoughtfully catered to suit a variety of clients and their needs, but one service you will not find here is “day-of.” Why not? Well, in short, there’s simply no such thing! In my experience, it is just not possible to ensure a successful event without a month of preparation and fact-checking with every vendor involved at minimum, and if nothing else, we are proudly walking, talking insurance policies for success. Success takes time.

do you want to plan your event, but you are in need of a few vendor referrals to get started? maybe you are forecasting to go over-budget and need help with allocation? or perhaps you simply want a way to keep your wedding party organized? we can help.
month of coordination
starting at $2500
for those who love to plan, but also want to relax at their rehearsal & on their big day, our month of service has you covered. this option includes two meetings as well as organization of vendors and wedding party the month of the event.
full service planning
flat quoted rate
from start to finish, a guiding hand for helping with your ever after. includes vendor referrals, 6 in-person meetings, contract review, budget and guest list management, a list of to-dos, as well as rehearsal & day-of coordination with vendor & wedding party itineraries.
